텍스트 파일 문제나 설정 에러는 해결 했지만

해당 에러는 해결하지 못하는 상황 입니다. 엑셀의 csv 파일의 문제 인것 같다고 생각하는데  어떻게 해결하는 방법이 있는지 궁금하여 질문 게시판에 올리게 되었습니다.
